Adrian Small, candidate for State Senate in AZ-02, is a proud member of the Navajo Nation, born and raised on the Navajo Reservation. With a PhD in Urban Development and Planning from UC Berkeley, Small returned to Arizona State University as the youngest Assistant Professor. Driven by the 2016 election and the dismemberment of National Monuments, Small is passionate about protecting his family, lands, and the earth. He is committed to fighting for the people of AZ-02, regardless of their background, income, or property value.

He will champion policies that protect and expand reproductive rights, including access to safe and legal abortion, contraception, and comprehensive sex education. He believes that reproductive healthcare is essential healthcare and should be accessible to all, regardless of income, race, or zip code. He will work to ensure that all Arizonans have the freedom to make decisions about their own reproductive health.
